“I popped into the sleep 8 store at Stratford. I’m autistic and needed things explained in a lot of detail. It was my first time of buying a new bed and sofa. I was only having a look around. But I found out there was a promotion on for a sofa and bed. I found a new sofa and bed that I loved. The staff in the shop were incredible and made it really easy for me to buy a new bed and sofa for the first time and completely on my own. I can’t single out staff members because they were all outstanding! From management down to everyone I talked to..they were magnificent! We even had a bit of banter, and a few windups and good laughs along the way! These guys really do know their stuff and made the whole process of buying a bed and a sofa for the first time very easy for an autistic lad like me who doesn’t understand things like this. They even explained the 12 month finance option and explained everything in such detail and put my mind completely at rest. I give 100 out of 10 customer service with these guys. They were patient, understanding, kind and very supportive. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but these guys were so good, I thought everyone needed to know how good my experience was buying a bed and sofa from these guys.”

He was really patient at showing us different types of product and finally we were able to choose both the Bed and Mattress straight away. The delivery time is bit longer which is 4-6 weeks and he also explained us the reason for it. I'd highly recommend their products as they seem really comfortable and of quality. Now we're eagerly waiting for the delivery :)”
