How to get your best night's sleep ever, according to a sleep expert.

  1. Create your ideal bed and sleep space. We want to look forward to the time we spend in bed, which is why it’s important to create a space that you love – whether that’s with furniture, decor, colour, texture or aroma – just make sure you are as comfortable as possible!
  2. Get the right pillow for your individual sleeping style. There are pillows available not just for side and back sleepers but also for people who prefer that cool, fresh flipped-pillow feeling. Explore the Sleep.8 range online here, with helpful tags showing which type of sleeper each pillow suits.
  3. Ensure the right temperature and airflow. Make sure your bedding provides the right balance of warmth and breathability. Some people run hotter or cooler than others. If you and your partner have different heat preferences, the Beyosa Dual-Zoned Duvet might be your nighttime saviour.
  4. Have a regular bedtime and a bedtime routine. A fixed bedtime and wake-up time is essential to good quality sleep. Introducing a solid bedtime routine helps your body to wind down, as your brain recognises certain activities as a precursor to sleep and begins to wind down.
